The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is alarmed concerning the large amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] sassa is to reach-out to your high amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The provider place established for intervention experiences a higher influx of prospective beneficiaries, which makes it hard to the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional methods to empower the servicing of all shoppers and raise use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
